Les Parsis, parfois Pārsis ou Parses (de Pārashika, peuple de Perse, une partie d'Iran et d'Afghanistan actuel ; en gujarati : પારસી) sont les adeptes du parsisme, confession dérivée du zoroastrisme. Ils constituent l'une des deux communautés zoroastriennes (l'autre étant celle des Iranis) ayant quitté le monde iranien pour s'installer principalement en Inde. À la suite de la conquête de la Perse, une partie de la population Parsi s'enfuit vers l'Est et s'installe en Inde.

Les Parsis vénèrent le feu (symbole de la Lumière divine ; voir « zoroastrisme ») et ne pratiquent pas la crémation, pour ne pas le souiller.
