L’UDP-glucose pyrophosphorylase, également appelée glucose-1-phosphate uridylyltransférase, est une nucléotidyltransférase intervenant dans la glycogénogenèse. Elle produit l'UDP-glucose à partir de l'UTP et du glucose-1-phosphate : UTP—glucose-1-phosphate uridylyltransférase
