- La culture hip-hop est un mouvement culturel ayant émergé dans les années 1960 chez la jeunesse afro-américaine résidant au sud du Bronx à New York. Elle se caractérise par cinq éléments distincts, desquels découlent les différents aspects de la culture : le human beatbox, le rap (oral), le turntablism ou « DJing » (musical), b-boying (physique) et graffiti artistique (visuel).
