Le combat d'Arzobispo se déroula le 8 août 1809 au Puente del Arzobispo, en Espagne, dans le cadre de la guerre d'indépendance espagnole. Il opposa deux corps de l'armée impériale française sous les ordres du maréchal Jean-de-Dieu Soult à un contingent espagnol dirigé par José María de la Cueva, duc d’Alburquerque. Les troupes françaises, après avoir franchi le Tage, défirent leurs adversaires qui se retirèrent après avoir subi des pertes importantes, parmi lesquelles 30 pièces d'artillerie. (fr)
